I went to Show Lo concert in Bukit Jalil. It was compliment tickets from Watson. Thanks to Watson!!It was a great concert! The way he presented the concert was nice! I found one fact fr this concert, normally I like his dance songs, his sentimental so not attractive to me. But........in live concert, he sang the sentimental songs so superb, VERY NICE. It is like a WOW to me! 罗志祥1万零1夜演唱会，好看惨了！！哈哈！！

Today is Valentine's day. I went to Zakuro2 Japanese Cuisine to have our dinner. The environment is so good. It is very romantic. The food was great. The service was also good. Enjoy the food so much. really love it. I got the voucher from http://www.everyday.com.my/. Then I can redeem the following set with free flow of green tea. I have chicken sukiyaki and my bf has Chicken Shioyaki. Both of them tasted so nice. The california roll also nice with soft shelf crab.

I went to this sale today. This sale compared to the one in cheras, the clothes are rather few. There are adidas shoes about RM100. Some clothes brand mystery are in range of RM30-RM50. M:30 men shirts are RM15. Pants and jackets are RM20. Comma clothes for ladies are 3 for RM5 and bottom are 3 for RM10. It is quite worth but you have to take time to dig for the good one.

I went to this sale during weekend. The mickey shoes are only RM5 but it is very difficult to search. I managed to grab some clothes. There are cheong sam too at RM20 each. I think this is quite worth.

There are soft toys that are quite cheap. They are quite big size at only RM50. Some small soft toys at RM10 for 3 pieces. There are stuff like xmas deco, home deco...all are cheap. There are handbags which also RM10 for 3.

I went to Sushi King KLCC today. The queue was still reasonable. I waited for about half an hour. The dining time only limit to 1 hr. Those sushi with rice only counted as RM2, the rest are just normal price.

A lot of ppl hunt for the unagi and tempura sushi. There are certain time period, they will come out with certain type of a-lot-of-ppl-favourite sushi like tempura sushi, if you didn't get it, then have to wait for next round. The tempura sushi were just a few only, very fast finished taken for 1 round.

A quite new hk drama. Wong Tze Wah and Charmaine Sheh were the main actor in this drama. I seldom watch drama from Wong, but this time his performance is good. Mak Tai Song (Wong Tze Wah) was a very successful businessman. The story is about how he helped others to succeed in businees and he met Lam Miu Miu (Sheh Charmaine) and finally fall in love with each other.

It was a very funny drama. It is quite worth to watch!!

This is a japanese drama. It is very nice and awesome but it is too short. It only consists 8 episodes, really feel not enough. I think they might have part 2.....Hehe!!Hopefully!!

The story is about Tsukumo Ryusuke is a brilliant neuroscientist working for the National Research Institute of Police Science. He solved a lot of crimes and scandals. You can see a lot of high tech stuff (like NMRI.....) in this drama, it is really WOW!! Must watch!!

This warehouse sale is so worth. The price range is from RM1 - RM10. It was not so crowded. If you want to get valuable items, I think you have to stay there whole day because they will keep on taking out new stocks for about interval of an hour and will finish in few minutes time. The ladies were so crazy, they can took 10++ panties at one time. Haha!!!

I have a short trip to Ipoh last weekend. I went shopping around and have lunch in Akamomiji japanese restaurant in medan ipoh. The environment is comfortable and the food is yummy!! It is quite worth to go there because it is quite affordable. The service is also very good, they are friendly and helpful.

This is another good cartoon. It tells us that sometimes we quite addict to something that bring us joy without putting effort in it and it usually brings us side effect. We might face difficulty in real life but we have to be braved to solve it, then only the satisfaction will come to us.

I went to Jusco members' fiesta yesterday. There was so crowded and jam. I wonder why they didn't name it as jusco members' day. The sales were not very cheap (is it that's why called it as members' fiesta?), quite disappointed. It was like normal sale but this time you can combine your receipt from any department including supermarket to redeem the gift voucher which is RM100 entitled to RM5 gift voucher. I feel that sogo members' sale is better than jusco members' sale.

There were some cases happened yesterday. Some customers' handbag being snatched or cut. There was another customer's handbag being opened by someone, all her belongings were gone but she didn't notice it until her friend found out. So sad!! It supposed to be a happy shopping but ended up with a sad mood. We must be very careful and alert when going to this kind of sale.

Another movie from Emma Roberts! This story is about Andi (Emma Roberts) and her brother, Bruce (Jake T. Austin) cannot have a pet in their foster home. They find a shelter for the dog which is an abandoned hotel. Later on, they take a lot of strayed dogs to stay in the hotel. They take care of their needs. Bruce make use of his engineering talent to make a comfortable house for dogs. This is amazing! Finally, they turn the hotel into hotel for dogs, where dogs can have massage service, beautifying service......Some more, there is a pub for dog!

I like this movie especially the hotel, Bruce did the toilet, dining place, playground for the dogs which are very interesting. Besides that, the dogs are so cute!! It is quite worth to watch it.

This is a movie about a meteor is going to hit the Earth. The scientists, Dr. Lehman (Christopher Llyod) and Imogen (Marla Sokoloff) discovered it in Mexica and send information to a Dr. in USA. They started to race with time to shoot off the meteor. The whole movie contains 2 episode and it is about 3 hours.

This movie is quite interesting and exciting. This movie shows a lot of cases happen in different areas in USA, while they showing the changing of location on the map, remind me about one game called sim safari, they looked similar.Haha!!

This is a funny movie. It is a about Paul Blart (Kevin James) is a security guard in a mall. He always wants to be a cop but he fails to do that because he has low blood sugar. He falls in love with a lady, Amy (Jayma Mays) who owns a stall in the mall. At one night, a gang of criminals took over the mall, Paul tries to save the victims including Amy and he becomes hero. Finally, he get married with Amy.

The story is very entertaining. Paul is quite clumsy in the movie but it adds spice in the story. It is quite suitable for the whole family to watch. Enjoy!!

I went to G2000 sales today at around 4pm. I just walked into the room without showing the flyer. I am quite disappointed because not many choices left. According to the person in charged, they said a lot of people bought in the morning and they grabbed all the good one. This sales is actually in a quite small room. Sunblock

I have a tip to share with you all here. Many people think that only apply sunblock under the sun exposure which is wrong. Actually, the normal lighting in our house or office also contain uv ray that causes darken for skin and aging effect. So, if you stay at home, you also need to apply sunblock but may be less SPF and PA.

I am currently using Shiseido extra smooth sun protection lotion spf34. The lotion is not oily and easily aborbed.

I like to watch this drama although some people claims that this drama is a very long episode which it is already 129 ep. This drama only about 20 mins for 1 ep. The drama is about the story in the office including love, politics in office, friendship.......The story is quite relaxing and enjoying. One actor that I like in this drama is Wayne Lai( 黎耀祥), his skill in acting is very good. If you compare last time and now, his skill is really improved a lot.

This is cartoon about mouse and rat. Haha!! Now I only know that there is actually different between mouse and rat! The story is about a mouse, named despereaux who is very curious about the outside and brave, the worst thing to make his parent worried is he don't know how to afraid. For eg, when he looks at sword, instead of running away, he said beautiful. A rat whose name is Roscuro, he did something wrong and fell in the dungeon. He hate to live in darkness. Finally, they became friend and work together to save the princess.

This is another educational movie. When the princess refuse to forgive the rat, the rat suddenly became cruel and try to hurt the princess. At that moment, when the rat is going to hurt the princess, he realized that revenge actually can't help the situation and he learn to forgive. Haha! It is quite worth to watch this movie. Enjoy!!

I already use this bluecorn deep cleansing mask from The Body Shop for few years. I found out that it is quite useful. Actually, there are 2 functions in this mask. It can be used as deep cleansing mask and srcub. You just apply it to your face and leave it at about 15 mins, then scrub it. If you don't want to scrub it, then just rinse off. You will feel that your face can breath.Haha!!

It is important to deep cleanse and scrub face weekly(except sensitive skin) because it allows other skincare products used later on to absorb better. Your skin also will become fairer.

I went to L'oreal warehouse sale at about 3pm today. Many products already finished at that time. I heard from the sale girls that the L'oreal shampoo pack with conditioner finished at 11am ++. So disappointed because it only costs RM15. It was not crowded at that time. Many products are very cheap. There were lotion, cleanser, lipstick, mosturizer.....All products' price are in the range of RM5-RM30. There are L'oreal mask (RM30) but the manufacured date was in 2007. I just bought the L'oreal eye cream (RM25).

I went to L'oreal warehouse sale at the second day. The price was cheaper. They packed cleanser, masks, lotion.......into a pack, for eg: 2 in a pack or 3 in a pack. The L'oreal masks were 3 in a pack for RM80. The second day was a bit crowded compared to the first day. I bought somemore items today! Hehe!!

If you have pigmentation on your face, it takes a very long time to fade. You have to make sure to apply sunblock for your face when you carry out outdoor activities. Sunblock is very important to everybody. You must choose the suitable SPF and PA to your face. The SPF value will depend on the type of activity you want to carry out. For eg: SPF 30, it can stay for 30 x 5 mins = 150 mins. So, after this, you have to reapply the sunblock for protection. Make sure it is also water resistance. While you want to reapply the sunblock, make sure you clean your face first. Otherwise, pimples will easily pop up.

Next thing that you have to do is apply whitening lotion or mask. The mask can be applied once a week. If you want to target a specific area, there is small piece of whitening mask for targeting area only in the market. To fade the pigmentation, it takes a long time, so, BE PATIENT!!

This movie is about Jamal Malik (Dev Patel) who is about to answer the final question in the "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" But the day before, he was arrested of cheating in the show. They suspect him that how could a street kid can answer those questions. He started to tell the policemen his story of his life in the slum. The policemen believed him and let him to return to the show. Finally, he won in the show. One of the biggest motivation to him is her lover, Latika (Freida Pinto).

This movie started with a very interesting question:

"Jamal Malik is one question away from winning 20 millions rupees. How did he do it?

B. He's lucky

C. He's a genius

Before the credits, the answer was given as D.

All the questions in the "Who wants to be a millionaire?" are so coincidence to his adventure of his life. This is his destiny, he has the luck to win. Sometimes, a lot of things happen around us, we may feel that "why is it so coincident?" Haha! I think this is written, this is part of our life. What we have to do is to accept, adapt and enjoy.

Today I went to Genting with my friend. We didn't go to theme park, just wondered around Genting to enjoy the cooling whether. It is quite refreshing. We went to Coffee Terrace in Genting Hotel to have buffet lunch. This is one of my favourite buffet in Genting. There are variety of food to choose, they are local food, nyonya food, chinese food, western food, japanese cuisine, cakes, salad, fruits, ice-cream........yummy!! Another thing that I like is the design of the restaurant. they are fantastic.

This movie was shown in cinema in 2007. This movie is about dancing movie too. After the death of DJ's (Columbus Short) younger brother, a street dancer from Los Angeles enroled in the Truth University in Atlanta, Georgia. He met April (Meagan Good) in the college and attracted to her. Finally, he won in a competition and recover from his sadness in losing his brother.

Haha! Another post on dancing movie. I like this movie very much. The dancing skills of Columbus Short are fantastic especially during the competition. The last scene in the movie shows a quote of Martin Luther King,

"Intelligence plus character. That is the goal of true education."

This is meaningful. Nowadays, the education is just to ensure the students are intelligent enough to score for exam but their characters may be ignored. This is the sad things we are facing now......

Removing scar

If you have scar on your body, it is better to treat it earlier rather than just leave them. It is because if u leave it for long period of time, it will take long time to fade too. So, you can buy lotion with vitamin E because vitamin E is good in fading scar. There are a lot of different types of lotion in the market, just choose the one that suit to you. One thing to keep in mind is removing scar needs a period of time. You must be very patient and consistent to apply on your body.

Yesterday I went to try out facial service provided by Shiseido. I got a voucher for this service from my friend. It was a 20 mins massage service. At first, the consultant used refreshing cleansing water oil-free alcohol-free to clean face. Then, she used brightening massage cream to massage my face for about 10 mins. According to her, if you keep massage frequently, your face will look radiantly. After wiping away the cream, softener was applied for my face. Then, the last one is brightening protective moisturizer with SPF 16 PA++.

The whole process is enjoying especially the massaging part. She told me that actually the facial service is free as long as you buy the brightening massage cream, you can come at anytime and just have to bring the cream along then they will provide the free service. I think this is quite worth. Just wondering want to buy or not........ :)

Yesterday I brought my own lunch to my workplace. This is an all-in-one lunch. There are chicken, vegetables, egg, brown rice and Barbary Wolfberry Fruit(杞子). I put everything into one pot and boil it. It is easy and can finish within 15 mins. So, it is no need to wake up so early to prepare. Haha!! You can have a try!!

To get slim

To get slim or keep fit, it is suggested to have 5 meals per day including breakfast, tea time (10am), lunch, tea time (4pm) and dinner. Every meal try to keep it as small portion as possible. You just have to fill your stomach for 70% only.

You may take oat as your breakfast, some biscuits in tea time, brown rice and vegetables as lunch, some biscuits in tea time and mee soup as dinner. These are just my suggestion that I think it works. Meat can only be taken few times per week.

Take more variety of vegetables and fruits are better for your health. But remember don't take too many fruits that the total calories will end up have more than your meal. Try to steam vegetables or if you want to fry, just put a little bit of vegetarian oil.

Exercise also another component that make you get slim and healthy. You can exercise at least twice per week. This is my word of advice: To get slim, you must do it in a healthy way. Health is more important. If you have any other ideas to get slim, just share with me here:)

Deep cleansing mask and scrub

I have a tip to share with you all. Normally, we will wash our face twice a day. Actually, with the normal cleanser, it can't thoroughly clean our face. There will be still some dirt in our face, if we didn't clear it thoroughly, it may cause pimples.

I use deep cleansing mask weekly to totally clean the face. You may use peel off mask or cream mask. I am currently using The Body Shop blue corn deep cleansing mask 3-in-1 which I think it is quite useful. This mask can be used to clean, exfoliate and purify our face. It also can be used as scrub. If you feel your face a bit rough, don't just apply lotion on your face. It may not work. What you have to do is to scrub your face weekly. You will find your face become smoother. This apply to body also, you can scrub your body weekly and it is suggested that after scrub, apply lotion to your body, it will become smoother. These are all my experiences, I welcome you all to share yours and we have discussion here!!:)

Note: If you have pimples on your face, remember don't scrub it because you may scratch the pimples and leave the scar on your face.
