Shall We Dance


This movie was up on cinema in 2004. This movie is about the main character, John Clark(Richard Gere) who has a great job and lovely family. His life was wonderful but felt that he has something missing. Everyday, he would see a lady, Paulina(Jennifer Lopez) who staring with a lost expression through the window of a dance studio while on his way back. Finally, he signed up a dancing class. At first, he actually wanted to meet her but he slowly build up his interest in dancing. Something worst was he didn't tell his wife about the dancing class. His wife thought that he had an affair with other lady and the conflict started between two of them. Eventually, his wife found out actually he wanted to find something to fill his emptiness in life.

I like this movie very much. This actually happen in our real life. Someone leads a wonderful life but his/her mind is empty. Like the above the character, he fills his empty mind by dancing. He felt happier when dancing. This is something that lack in our life today. Everyday, we work from morning till evening. We can feel that life is boring. It's time to start a hobby that can make us satisfy. From there, you will feel your life is full of colour!

Remove the pimples entirely-cucumber

This method I use it for many times and it is very very effective. Normally, if there are pimples on your face, there will be red spots on your face that it takes times to fade or sometime it won't go away. I have a tip to share with you all. You can clear them by just using cucumber-cheap and effective.
First of all, buy a fresh cucumber then
1. remove the skin of the cucumber.
2. cut it in to round slices.
3. cover them on your face.(depends whether you want to cover on targeted area or whole face)
4. leaves it for 10-15 minutes.
5. Remove them and don't wash away the juice of cucumber, just massage your face so that the juice can absorb into your face.
Just that simple. You have to do it daily in the morning or at night after washing your face. You will find out that the pimples spot slowly dissapear. Besides that, if you apply it daily, it will soothe and hydrate your face.

Exercise

I love exercise! Exercise makes me sweat and release all the tension I have for the day. Excercise can be a fast walk, jogging, swimming, playing badminton, football,........yoga, dancing.....etc. All this will make your physical and mental healthy. One more important thing is you will get weight loss. (Yeah!!Haha) But, if after exercising, you still continue your heavy meal, so no doubt you will gain weight very soon. I suggested after exercising, you better take more vegetables than meats. This is my little experience.
Before the routine is started, make sure find one exercise that suit you. If you didn't exercise for a long time, then better start with something that is mild first, for eg: slow walk. You have to remember that don't be too rush because someone may think that want to get slim faster, so it may hurt you.
According to expert, exercising will help you release the stress or sadness. So, if you feel down, go for a short exercise, your mood will change magically. Try it!!

Diabetes

Diabetes happen when the pancreas does not produce enough insulin. Therefore, high levels of glucose present in the blood. Normally, people who overweight, hypertension will have higher chance to have this. Some people also inherit from his/her parents. The normal glucose level before meal is 3.8 - 6.1 mmol/L and after meal is less than 7.8 mmol/L.

The signs of diabetes are frequent urination, increased thirst, extreme hunger, loss of weight, weakness and fatigue and slow healing of wounds, sores adn frequent infection.

To lower the glucose level, it is advised to exercise 3o minutes everyday and have low GI diet (refer to my previous post). Losing weight slowly will make your blood glucose level stable. Besides that, say no to stress will also control the situation. Dont' t forget to have regular visits to the doctors to monitor the glucose levels.

Low GI diet

The glycemic index or GI describes the difference by ranking carbohydrates according to their effect on our blood glucose levels. Choosing low GI foods means that the ones that produce only small fluctuations in our blood glucose and insulin levels . With this, it will reduce your risk of heart disease and diabetes and is the key to sustainable weight loss. According to some books, the GI below 50 will consider as low GI.

For low GI food includes vegetables and fruits. To switch to low GI diet, you may change your breakfast to cereals and oat. During your lunch and dinner, you can try to have brown rice and variety of vegetables. You may have some fruits but you can't take too much of fruits per day because their calories may too high.

(Tips: Fruits can be taken 1 hour before the lunch or dinner, so that you won't take too much during your meal)

碱性的身体就是血液的pH值,7.35 以上。碱性的身体可让疾病远离你,而且智商也较高。这可以用食物来调节。含碱性的食物包括:
