This is the book that I found quite useful for those who are on diet or want to have healthy lifestyle.This books divided into 5 parts.

First part
It is about how to keep fit.

Second part
The GI index, amount of fibre and calories of vegetables.

Third part
The GI index, amount of fibre and calories of fruits.

Fourth part
The GI index, amount of fibre and calories of seafood.


Fifth part
The GI index, amount of fibre and calories of meat.

Sixth part
The GI index, amount of fibre and calories of rice, oats and grains.


Seventh part
The GI index, amount of fibre and calories of oil, eggs and others.


Eighth and ninth part
The calories of food from restaurants.
(This part particular very useful for those that didn't cook at home. You also can enjoy the healthy food)


This book also quite suitable for diabetes patient because it has included the GI index. This book is about RM40++ which I think quite reasonable because it can be treated as a dictionary of diet.
