川贝雪梨




川贝雪梨是可以润肺和止咳。听说非常有效, 所以试试看。做法简单。把梨心取出,放入川贝, 加水,再把切出来的梨盖会去,蒸1-2 个小时, 即可。味道还不错。

To get slim

To get slim or keep fit, it is suggested to have 5 meals per day including breakfast, tea time (10am), lunch, tea time (4pm) and dinner. Every meal try to keep it as small portion as possible. You just have to fill your stomach for 70% only.

You may take oat as your breakfast, some biscuits in tea time, brown rice and vegetables as lunch, some biscuits in tea time and mee soup as dinner. These are just my suggestion that I think it works. Meat can only be taken few times per week.

Take more variety of vegetables and fruits are better for your health. But remember don't take too many fruits that the total calories will end up have more than your meal. Try to steam vegetables or if you want to fry, just put a little bit of vegetarian oil.

Exercise also another component that make you get slim and healthy. You can exercise at least twice per week. This is my word of advice: To get slim, you must do it in a healthy way. Health is more important. If you have any other ideas to get slim, just share with me here:)

Getting Angry!!!???

Angry is a emotional reactions that your heart will start to pump faster, face turns red, you will feel that you are not happy, you will start to scold people or even worse punch people or throw things. This may happen in a relationship, while working......a lot. When a lot of people get angry, they can't control themselves, they will start to lose temper and do something that they may regret afterwards. This period I called it as "crazy period".

Actually, do you know that you can avoid to get angry? For eg: you may leave the place first, so that you will calm down. You may go to exercise or talk to a reliable friend to release your tension.Remember not to do any decision during this period of time because the decision may be wrong. Don't ever hurt anybody or throw things to others. This is bad!!

Always get angry will affect your health. Your blood pressure will rise up and it is not good to your heart. Besides, you may get older.(esp for girls, haha!!) How many masks also can't help. So, it is not worth to get angry, just leave them. Think twice before getting angry.

Exercise

I love exercise! Exercise makes me sweat and release all the tension I have for the day. Excercise can be a fast walk, jogging, swimming, playing badminton, football,........yoga, dancing.....etc. All this will make your physical and mental healthy. One more important thing is you will get weight loss. (Yeah!!Haha) But, if after exercising, you still continue your heavy meal, so no doubt you will gain weight very soon. I suggested after exercising, you better take more vegetables than meats. This is my little experience.
Before the routine is started, make sure find one exercise that suit you. If you didn't exercise for a long time, then better start with something that is mild first, for eg: slow walk. You have to remember that don't be too rush because someone may think that want to get slim faster, so it may hurt you.
According to expert, exercising will help you release the stress or sadness. So, if you feel down, go for a short exercise, your mood will change magically. Try it!!

Diabetes

Diabetes happen when the pancreas does not produce enough insulin. Therefore, high levels of glucose present in the blood. Normally, people who overweight, hypertension will have higher chance to have this. Some people also inherit from his/her parents. The normal glucose level before meal is 3.8 - 6.1 mmol/L and after meal is less than 7.8 mmol/L.

The signs of diabetes are frequent urination, increased thirst, extreme hunger, loss of weight, weakness and fatigue and slow healing of wounds, sores adn frequent infection.

To lower the glucose level, it is advised to exercise 3o minutes everyday and have low GI diet (refer to my previous post). Losing weight slowly will make your blood glucose level stable. Besides that, say no to stress will also control the situation. Dont' t forget to have regular visits to the doctors to monitor the glucose levels.

Low GI diet

The glycemic index or GI describes the difference by ranking carbohydrates according to their effect on our blood glucose levels. Choosing low GI foods means that the ones that produce only small fluctuations in our blood glucose and insulin levels . With this, it will reduce your risk of heart disease and diabetes and is the key to sustainable weight loss. According to some books, the GI below 50 will consider as low GI.

For low GI food includes vegetables and fruits. To switch to low GI diet, you may change your breakfast to cereals and oat. During your lunch and dinner, you can try to have brown rice and variety of vegetables. You may have some fruits but you can't take too much of fruits per day because their calories may too high.

(Tips: Fruits can be taken 1 hour before the lunch or dinner, so that you won't take too much during your meal)

碱性食物/alkaline food

碱性的身体就是血液的pH值,7.35 以上。碱性的身体可让疾病远离你,而且智商也较高。这可以用食物来调节。含碱性的食物包括:

1。所有蔬菜

2。 水果

3。马铃薯

4。南瓜

5。芋头

6。莲子

7。红豆

8。绿豆 等等


应尽量减少酸性食物包括肉类。健康的身体是享受生活的基础。
