To get slim

To get slim or keep fit, it is suggested to have 5 meals per day including breakfast, tea time (10am), lunch, tea time (4pm) and dinner. Every meal try to keep it as small portion as possible. You just have to fill your stomach for 70% only.

You may take oat as your breakfast, some biscuits in tea time, brown rice and vegetables as lunch, some biscuits in tea time and mee soup as dinner. These are just my suggestion that I think it works. Meat can only be taken few times per week.

Take more variety of vegetables and fruits are better for your health. But remember don't take too many fruits that the total calories will end up have more than your meal. Try to steam vegetables or if you want to fry, just put a little bit of vegetarian oil.

Exercise also another component that make you get slim and healthy. You can exercise at least twice per week. This is my word of advice: To get slim, you must do it in a healthy way. Health is more important. If you have any other ideas to get slim, just share with me here:)
